B'Metronome by sZpak

I used to play accordion, so one day in 2008 I decided to create a software metronome for myself.

I borrowed a classic, pendulum metronome from my teacher. Then, with my friend, we took several photos of the device. He also recorded and mastered original analog metronome sound. I wrote some code and a few days or maybe weeks later bestmetronome.com was ready, initially as an Adobe Flash application. It was called Simple Metronome later on.

Then I made Java applet based Advanced Metronome which is more like a drum machine than just a metronome. Next was Accessible Metronome, tempo/speed trainers, J2ME metronome for mobiles and finally embeddable version of Simple one.

At the end of 2013 I started to learn how to play drums, so I decided to create another tool for me. J2ME era was already gone so I moved to Android. On 3rd of October 2015 I published the first version (0.8.1) into Android Market. And here it is.

If you are used to standard sliders then it may look a bit confusing at first but in fact it's really easy to use. Just give it a try. You can find it at Google Play Market.

You can also get APK.

If you want to learn something more about it or you don't know how to change the tempo or volume, then go to help page.
